Automatic Payments: Credit/Debit Card on File Policy

Streamlining Monthly Tuition Collection for Dance Dynasty Students

 

To ensure a smooth and efficient billing process, Dance Dynasty LLC now requires all students to maintain a valid credit or debit card securely on file. Monthly tuition will be automatically charged to the card on record on the 1st of each month, beginning September 1, 2025. Registering with Dance Dynasty LLC means you are allowing us to automatically charge the card on file in your portal.

How the Process Works

• Enrollment Requirement: Upon enrollment, each student (or their parent/guardian) must enter a valid credit card via the Dance Dynasty LLC Portal (powered by Akada & Stripe software).

• Deadline for Current Students: Families of currently enrolled students must add a card on file no later than Tuesday, September 1st, 2026. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the student’s spot in class(es).

• Secure Storage: All card information is stored securely in compliance with industry standards and privacy regulations.

• Monthly Charges: Tuition will be charged to the card on file on the 1st of each month for that month’s tuition.

• Receipts: Parents will receive a confirmation and digital receipt once each payment is processed.

• Cash or Check Option: Prefer to pay by cash or check? Simply submit full payment by the 28th of the prior month. If payment is not received by then, the card on file will be charged on the 1st.

Updating Credit Card Information

It is the responsibility of parents/ guardians to ensure the card on file remains valid. If a card expires, is lost, or replaced, please notify Dance Dynasty LLC and update your payment information before the next scheduled payment on the 1st.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, an expired card, or other issues:

• You will be notified immediately.

• The outstanding balance must be resolved promptly to avoid late fees or disruption of services.

• You may update your card or provide an alternative payment method.

 

Costume Payments

Costume fees will be automatically charged to the card on file according to the following schedule:

If you prefer to pay by cash or check, please do so before each listed date. If no payment is received, the card on file will be charged automatically.
